Weekend Wrap-up #297 – Four Weeks ‘Til Christmas

Posted 23 November, 2019 by Linda @ (un)Conventional Bookworms in Memes, Wrap-up Posts / 16 Comments

Weekend Wrap-up is where I share my new books, as well as what happened here at (un)Conventional Bookworms and elsewhere in the blogoshpere. I’m linking up with the usual suspects, AKA Team Tynga’s Reviews and Caffeinated Reviewer.

STS #297

Stacking The Shelves, hosted by Tynga’s Reviews and Reading Reality is all about the latest additions to my library – virtual or actual, with books that are  bought, borrowed, won or ARCs  I will (probably) be reading soon. Without further ado, here’s what I added to my bloated shelves this past week:

The Sunday Post #237 – Weekend Wrap-up

Kim @ The Caffeinated Reviewer, is our hostess with the mostest for the weekly Sunday Post where I’m wrapping things up. It is the perfect opportunity to share what happened here on my own blog, as well as some of the happenings elsewhere in the Blogosphere.

This week was a bit better than the week before! No meetings in the evenings for one, which was great. And on Friday, I managed to finally go see my chiropractor and she told me I should come back next week already… which is sadly impossible, but I have scheduled to go back the week after.

I read a lot of books this past week, and I finished my Can You Read a Series in a Month challenge. YAY me!

This Week’s Puppies in Action:

Hercules is just chilling. Easy like Sunday morning.
Freddy is wondering where that squirrel disappeared to.

Did you get some good books last week? What have you been up to this past week? Thanks for stopping by, I hope you’re enjoying your weekend, and that next week will be filled with awesome!

Glad this week was easier on you! It’s hard to get into the doctor when you’re “supposed” to, so really a week later than the “supposed” to, isn’t that bad! Hope she’s able to help you with your pain.

Nice new reads! Those are all new to me ones, I hope you enjoy them all!

My StS will be up tomorrow, so stop by then if you can!

    Have a GREAT day!

  2. Glad it’s been an easier week – and I hope by the time you get to go to the chiropractor, you need for her services will have dwindled. It’s been a great reading week for you – I hope the coming one is as good:))

  3. Glad you were able to squeeze in an adjustment. It always helps to keep in good alignment. Congrats on finishing a series in a month.

Ah, Hercules is enjoying his nap to the fullest.

Perfectly Famous looks good! And hope your appointment with the chiro goes well!

  7. Cute pictures, thank you for sharing them. Glad your week was a bit easier. Now I know where I´ve got the heavy stuff from *smile* The chiropractor does not sound good so I hope it is nothing too painful. Hopefully we both will have a good week and time for some books to read.

I’m glad this week was better for you Linda. Crazy how busy the weeks can be this time of year right?!

  10. Yes! Congrats on finishing your series already. I’m on my last book and have no doubt I’ll make it too 🙂

I’m glad you made it to the chiropractor… sounds like me with my masseuse. I’ll be lucky if I make it to her in the next month at all though.

Have a great week Linda 🙂
