Ambition. Revenge. Love.

Rita Award-winning author Kennedy Ryan delivers the gripping conclusion to the All the King's Men Duet.

Raised to resist. Bred to fight. Survival is in my blood and surrender is never an option.

Though surrender is what Maxim Cade demanded of my body and heart, I had other plans. We were fast-burning fascination and combustible chemistry, but the man I trusted with everything was a trickster. A thief who stole my love. If what we had was a lie, why did it feel so real? The man I swore to hate will have it all, and wants me at his side. But power is a game, and we're the pawns and players.

Facing insurmountable odds, will we win the world, or will we lose it all?

Rebel King is filled with anguish, angst, high-stakes politics, love, friendship and betrayal. It’s a novel that will take your breath away!

If you read my review for The Kingmaker, you know that story ended with a cliffhanger. And my goodness, what a cliffhanger it was. Now, in order to not spoil anything for you, I’m going to have to be extremely cryptic. Because I want you to have the same amazing experience of Rebel King as I had.

So I can tell you that I cried reading Rebel King. And I can tell you those tears fell for a while. But I also smiled and laughed, thank goodness. There was a lot going on with this story, and you should really pick it up. Kennedy Ryan is a master of words, she managed to convey all the feelings and emotions her characters feel. And she managed to make me feel as if I was a part of the story.

There was also some angst and drama in Rebel King, which I think was necessary for the plot and overall storyline to work. It was all very well written, and the character growth was stupendous! It releases today, and I think you should just hop over to your favorite online bookstore and one-click it, or get to your favorite real world bookstore to pick it up!
