The Rogue Not Taken was in my introduction to both SMacLean and JEyre and the meeting was a pure delight! SMacLean crafted a story that was riveting, humorous, exciting, heartbreaking and heartwarming while JEyre brought the characters to life. I’m eager to continue this series in audio. Highlights Plot I really enjoyed the circumstances under which Sophie and Eversley meet. SMacLean employed both humor and heartbreak in their meeting and in their subsequent journey together. Untouchable revolved around characters – Murdoch and Daniela – that I didn’t know much about. I certainly felt for them considering the hurdles their relationship presented. Highlights Characters Murdoch Wroth, previously known for his playboy ways, had a kink thrown into his sex life when he became a vampire. The Girl Next Door is a beautifully written romance, in which the two women are more than a little hesitant at first.
