A SEAL’s Touch made me tingle all over – I love a good friends to lovers story, and Weber delivered on all the things I enjoy with that particular romance trope. Not only do I love friends to lovers, I love it even more when the two friends are completely unaware of how attractive the other person finds them 🙂 Of course, the fact that they already enjoy each other’s company is a huge added bonus, and the sexy and funny banter between Taylor and Cat was off the charts.
