The Sunday Post #32 – Weekly Wrap-up

Welcome to my Sunday Post. Thank you to Kimba over at The Caffeinated Reviewer, who is hosting this weekly event. It is the perfect opportunity to share what happened here on my own blog, as well as some of the happenings elsewhere in the Blogosphere.

I arrived back from Dallas and an intense and fun week at RT15 on Monday evening. It’s taken me more or less the whole week to feel like I’m in the right time zone, I’m just so tired! Especially because I had to go to work on Tuesday morning… luckily my students were happy to see me again, and they were very nice, quiet and hard-working.

Elsewhere in the Blogosphere:

Most notable for me this week is that the COYER sign-ups for the summer challenge are live with Stormi, Berls and Michelle.

Also, Felicia @ The Geeky Blogger has a post up about blogtour companies and how they communicate with bloggers.

What have you been up to this past week? Don’t forget to leave me a link so I can come visit your Sunday Post as well.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you’ve enjoyed your weekend, and that next week will be filled with awesome!

  1. I just read your wrap up post (loved the pics) and it looked like you had a great time. I’m glad you got over the jetlag and your students didn’t give you too hard a time!

  2. I can imagine it can take a while to get used to the different time zone again, it’s probably a big time difference between here and the US. That’s good to hear your student where happy to see you again and worked hard. I hope you have a great week!

    Hi Lexxie,
It sounds like a busy week! At least you can relax a bit now? Definitely sounds worth it though 😀 I’m glad you enjoyed the trip.
    Take care,

        Hi Lexxie,

Thank you for all your help! 🙂 I appreciate it. It was actually very useful. Looking at your Sunday Post I see what you mean about using it for the memes as well, I think it’d save a lot of time to do it this way so I’m going to look into it like you suggested 🙂

        Thank you again,
        Happy reading!

  4. I read Felicia’s post and was appalled that a publicist actually wrote such a post. I still can’t get over how rude it was. I need to get my COYER sign up post written and up, thanks for the reminder!

    • I know, right? Rude and completely overstepping, too. I think most of us have a blog so that we can do whatever we want to do on our little piece of the internet, so really, to have someone tell us what we ‘have to’ do (or not do) is galling.

  5. I’m glad your body has more or less settled back into your time zone. But I’m not sorry you came to Dallas! 😉 Ooh, I wanted to tell you – I scanned my RT books onto an RT15 shelf in GR! That’s was fantastic! And I did a major shift on my library shelves so I could fit in all my new books. I’m so proud of myself. My books are already neatly put away. *haha*
