Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda is one of the best YA books ever! I loved all the characters, they were so realistic. And I loved the dilemmas Simon and Blue faced with realizing they were gay. This is a book I’m getting for the library at the school where I teach, I think every teenager should read it. Review: Undone By You – Kate Meader

Undone By You shows a different side of the Chicago Rebels, and none of the sisters is the main character here. That role was Cade and Dante’s. And wow, did they play it well! Story: I loved how we got a hockey player tentatively starting something with the Chicago Rebels’ new GM. Their romance was very realistic, especially in light of Cade wanting to stay in the closet – at least for a while longer. Leveled has me questioning why I haven’t read a Crownover series before now! I was enchanted, and she now has a new fan! Lando and Dom were both characters that made me feel, and their development through this story was truly well done. Blogtour Review: Cowboys Don’t Ride Unicorns – Tara Lain

Cowboys Don’t Ride Unicorns tackles quite a few pre-conceptions, and it did so with amazing characters! I think Danny and Laurie are my favorites by Lain *sighs* I’m still swooning, they’re so cute! Spell Cat is a light-hearted romance that also deals with some heavier subjects like discrimination and living in hiding. I absolutely loved Beauty, Inc. – it’s one of the best Beauty and the Beast re-tellings I’ve ever read, and I was immediately swept off my feet by both Belle and Magnus. Tara Lain’s Pennymaker Tales series is truly amazing! I loved spending some time with Belle and Magnus, and Beauty, Inc. was a tale that got me thinking about the fact that we often need to look deeper than what we see at first sight.
