Blogger Wife Chat Review ~ Bossy Bride: Emma & Jesse ~ JA Huss

Blogger Wife Chat Review ~ Bossy Bride: Emma & Jesse ~ JA Huss

Bossy Bride was billed as “pee in your pants funny.” I didn’t think it was that much of a comedic romp but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a good read. I found it a bit deeper and felt it was consistent with Jesse in its OTT-ness. I enjoyed it for what it was. Ha! I didn’t think it was all that funny, either. It was a bit frantic, and I also thought that not that much happened. I just found it to be a twist between romcom and romantic suspense, and I adored it. So funny. Right off the bat, I fell for Jesse. Yes, he’s a bit arrogant but you could see his vulnerability underneath that facade. That endeared him to me. Your first impressions? I did, too. The way he wanted to not be seen as the ‘asshole’ brother, and not understanding why he […]
