I expected to fall head over heels in love with Helping Her Remember – as I’m a huge fan of second chance romances. While I didn’t completely succumb to its charm, I did enjoy this story, the setting, and the characters. Story: Helping Her Remember is Dylan and Kelly’s story, the first book in the Crawford Falls series. Undone By You shows a different side of the Chicago Rebels, and none of the sisters is the main character here. That role was Cade and Dante’s. And wow, did they play it well! Shattered Fear started out pretty strong, but as the story went on, I found Janie to be a rather weak female character. For a seasoned police officer, she acted more like a damsel in distress than someone who could take control and catch a killer.
