"The Wolf can break my bones, but he can't destroy my heart."

I will never lie down and say die because there are four hearts that beat for me, including my own, and it's the strongest weapon I have. I will defeat the Wolf. I will take his life. He'd better sleep with one eye open, because I'm coming for him.
Who is the Wolf? He's one dead son-of-a-bitch in my eyes. He underestimated me and now he has no clue where I am. I've found my place to hide, and it's only a matter of time until I see my freedom.

"Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, burn in hell, Red, because I've had enough." - The Wolf

The game isn't over yet. For me, it's just begun.

Four Hearts blew me away – and I still don’t know who the Wolf is. And I still wonder if this can ever end well.

Story:

As this story goes on, the suspense just gets more and more intense! I don’t know what to do with Four Hearts. I felt more like I was completely out of breath! There is so much psychological terror and meanness.

It is absolutely impossible to figure out who the wolf is. And even more so who the rat is… even if I have more viable suspects for that one.

If you’re a fan of romantic suspense that’s so tense you can feel your throat close up, Four Hearts – indeed this whole series – is definitely for you!

  1. I’m glad I have the first book but I still need to read it. I kinda like that there seem to be at least four books where readers don’t know who the Wolf is. I like it when a series keeps me guessing.

    • Yeah, that just made the excitement really tense, Stephanie! And these are novellas – long novellas, but novellas all the same. I think serials work really well for suspense, because it makes the excitement even greater to have these cliffhangers, and then have to wait a little bit before getting the next book 🙂

  2. oh sounds like this series is keeping you on the edge of the seat. I find it hard to review books in a continues series without spoiling them, you did an awesome job
