Stacking The Shelves #16

Stacking The Shelves, hosted by Tynga’s Reviews is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Participating in Stacking The Shelves has helped me to keep better track of books I’m adding to my huge TBR pile every week, and I think I have gotten a little better at not adding too many books every single week. Participating in this blog-hop has also introduced me to more new blogs, and some weeks, I add more books to my ‘might-read-one-day’ shelf than I should, but before I actually have the books on my kindle, nothing has been decided yet.

    • Yeah, I really don’t know what my problem is. (Well, actually, I DO know)

Thanks for stopping by Stormi 🙂 I can’t wait to see your new acquisitions.

    • Yeah, I went a little crazy last week – and I love reading across the genres, I can go to so many different worlds, and meet so many kinds of characters that way 🙂

      Thanks for stopping by Grace.

    • Oh no 🙁 I hope I’ll be as thrilled with The Edge of Always as I was with the first book, though. It’s always sad when the 2nd book doesn’t live up to the first.

Thanks for stopping by, Melliane 🙂

  1. Jessica @ a GREAT read

OOoh nice haul!! I LOVE JLA! I don’t read contemps, so I haven’t read those, but Bitter Sweet Love was awesome! I soooo cannot wait for White Hot Kiss! Great haul and Happy Reading!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!

    Have a GREAT day!

    Old Follower 🙂

    • Yeah, but I keep going a little crazy every week with adding so many books. I wish I could read full time 🙂

      Thanks for stopping by Jessica.

    • Yeah, there were just too many great-looking books that begged for my attention last week – and I was far too weak to resist any of them 😀

      Thanks for stopping by Janina.

  2. Eep, so many books! I have Sekret for review as well! And I’ve read Bitter Sweet Love, Trust In Me, and Endure – all great books! I can’t wait to see what you think of Love Letters To the Dead – I didn’t bother downloading or requesting that one because I have way to many March/April books to read at this point O_O

    Have a wonderful weekend!

    Check out my STS post!

    • LOL, I have way too many books for the whole year already, and I actually have reviews scheduled until the middle of February, too. But I can’t help myself. When a book looks awesome, I just have to have it 🙂

I’m glad to know several of my new books are good, it will make it easier to go through my stack 🙂

      Thanks for stopping by, Alyssa.

    • I hope so, too, Lyn. But I’m going far to crazy with my clicking and requesting these days. I am going to be SO busy once the semester starts again.

      Thanks for stopping by 🙂

    • YAY for Such Sweet Sorrow on both our TBRs, Jaclyn 🙂 I read such a great review for the audio book of Dead Witch Walking I just couldn’t resist using some of those credits to get it myself.

Thanks for stopping by, have a fantastic Sunday.

    • I know exactly what you mean about not being able to resist, Jennifer 🙂 Sekret does sound different, and that’s what made me want to read it. I love books that go on their own path, and don’t conform to what is ‘cool’ right now 🙂

      Thanks for stopping by.

    • Oh me, too! I love the Audible sales. However, I have lots and lots of audiobooks, and I don’t really listen to them very often…

      Thanks for stopping by, Ellie.

  3. The Scintillate looks so interesting! I am looking forward to hear what you think of it. I have gotten a blog tour request for this book, I am thinking of participating, but not sure whether I have time to review it as I am already swamped with review books.

I have already read Taut and I loved it, I hope you will love it too. It was so great to see all the character development in that book. And ofcourse to see Ford’s point of view.

Lola recently posted: Sunday Post # 58
    • Lola, I can’t wait to read Taut AND Slack 🙂 I fell in love with Ford very quickly after ‘meeting’ him 😀

I have far to many books period – but I still keep on adding more – so many great stories I want to read.

      Thanks for stopping by.

    • I know, right? So many cool books 🙂 I have actually already read all the released books in The Hollows series, but since I saw a great review for the audio-books, I got them as well 🙂

      Thanks for stoopping by.

    • Apart from the fact that I get myself far too many new books every week, this meme is awesome 🙂

      Thanks for stopping by.

    • I actually haven’t read any TReisz books yet – isn’t that amazing? I look forward to this one, because it looks pretty hot 🙂

Thanks for stopping by. Have a great week, Braine.

  4. Holy cats, girl! That’s quite a haul! I think you put me to shame. ;)You have some amazing looking books on your list here – of course, a few I’ve read. *sigh* Ford… I’m liking the looks of Such Sweet Sorrow and Love Letters to the Dead. But truly, they all sound incredible! I can’t wait to hear what you think of the audio books. I don’t do audio books…unless it’s nonfiction. So I’m curious. 😉

    *hugs* to you, my dear!!

    • Yeah, I just don’t know when to stop, do I? Next up after Unleashing Mr. Darcy, I think I’ll settle with Ford for a couple of books *grin*

Thanks for stopping by, my dear 🙂 Have a great week! *HUGS*
