Feature and Follow #73 – Re-born Book
YAY it’s Friday! Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature and Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers — but you have to know — the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.The Feature and Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Rachel of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to meet more new bloggers!
What sets this Hop apart from others, is that our hosts feature two blogs. Every week they will each showcase a Featured Blogger, from all different genres and areas. Just remember it is required, if you participate, to follow both their featured as well as our lovely hosts as a courtesy. How do you follow someone? Well, if you have a preference, state it in your Feature and follow post. I prefer being followed via e-mail, RSS / Bloglovin’ or Google+; but you can also like my Facebook page, or even follow me on Twitter.
If you could read a book “for the first time” again, which book would it be, and why?
I think I’d choose Circle of Friends by Maeve Binchy. There is just so many things going on in that story! There is friendship, love, betrayal, human nature and the way the friendships and relationships evolve is so well done! The characters and their growth is awesome, too, I can’t get enough of everything. Of course, this book is one of my all time favorite books, and to be able to read it with ‘new eyes’ once more would be awesome!
Thanks for stopping by today, have a fantastic Friday and a wonderful weekend.
That’s totally new to me!
Here’s my Follow Friday

I think they made a movie based off this book! With Chris O’Donnell and Minnie Driver, back in the 90’s. I remember loving that movie!!!
If so, THAT’S AWESOME! I’m at the library now and I’m totally gonna check it out if they have it! Great Pick!

Circle Of Friends is a wonderful choice, I read it ears ago and it’s still on one of my shelves…… somewhere, might have to dig it out!
Thea @ Gizzimomo’s Book Shelf
Yeah, I had the hard-back, and also own the kindle version of that one 🙂
Thanks for stopping by Thea 🙂
I haven’t read that one, but read another by Maeve Binchy and really enjoyed it! Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend Lexxie!
~Pam @ Moonlight Reader
I think I’ve read every single Maeve Binchy book, and I’ve loved them all 🙂
Thanks for stopping by, Pam 🙂
Oh, I adore Maeve Binchy, Lexxie. And it’s been YEARS since I’ve read her. I loved Circle of Friends, too, and it would be a great book to be able to read again, for the first time. 🙂
I didn’t get my FF post up but I think I’d like to be able to read P&P again. I first read it when I was 13, and although it made a huge impression on me and I’ve since re-read it too many times to count, it would have been nice to read it the first time with a little more maturity. 🙂
Happy Friday, my friend!! I hope your day has been lovely. And I am looking forward to seeing who your sidekick is this weekend. 😉 *BIG HUGS*
Oh, to read a favorite book with all new eyes again, wouldn’t that be awesome? I guess even now, though, you enjoy different things in P&P with each reading 🙂
Oh, you’re gonna love my sidekick this weekend, Brandee 😉
My day has been pretty good, I’m happy it’s the weekend. Thanks for stopping by, my dear 🙂 *BIG HUGS*
I’ve never heard of that one. I’ll have to pick it up sometime. Happy Friday!

Circle of Friends sounds really good Lexxie. If I could re-read anew a book it would Gone with the Wind or the Hobbit.
Oh, yeah Gone with the Wind… *sighs* Thanks for stopping by 🙂
Haven’t read that one. I’ll have to check it out. Happy Friday, Lexxie!
My FF
Thanks for stopping by Liesel 🙂
Great pick. I think I would choose the Lemony Snicket series.
I am not familiar with the Lemony Snicket series, but I’m going to check it out 🙂
Thanks for stopping by Pamela 🙂
I think I read this years ago, but I don’t remember what I thought. I think that means I need to find a copy and re-read it. Old follower.
