Keystone was even better in audio version than it was when I read it myself – I was so immersed in the story I was happy with the morning traffic. Story: Keystone is set in the Mageri universe, and since I’m already familiar with how the different breeds and the politics work, it was great to go back for a visit. Audioreview: Winter Moon – Dannika Dark

Winter Moon was like an epilogue to the whole Seven series, and I felt like I was visiting with friends I hadn’t seen in a long time. As always, Poole narrated some of my favorite shifters to perfection, and Winter Moon included all of the characters that are part of the Weston pack. Poole’s voices managed to easily distinguish them all, and made my experience of a holiday without electricity a really good one. Some chapters gave a quick view into one of the main couple’s lives, while others involved the pack as a whole. Audioreview: The Offer – Karina Halle

The Offer is a well-written romance with mature characters, and I loved listening to them! Of course, I especially loved Bram’s Scottish brogue, so hot! The Offer shows that while on the surface, a single mom and a Scottish rogue – confirmed womanizer to boot – don’t have much in common, once you look a little deeper there is much more than meets the eyes to both of them. Audio Review: Closer – Dannika Dark

Even if Closer is set in the Mageri universe, which I know and love, it took me a while to invest with the story, since most of it happened over the span of just a few hours, and Kane and Caroline were the only characters. Closer is a strange little story, where most of the action happens inside of Caroline’s head, while she is unconscious. She’s not hallucinating, either, what happens is actually as reals as can be. Audio Review: Charming – Dannika Dark

Charming is a story in the Seven series, and it was delightful to get to know Prince better… I thought he was so ornery, but getting to understand him made a big difference. Prince was really the one character I already knew when I started listening to Charming, and I really enjoyed him.
