Mine to Keep started off a little more slowly than its predecessor but it didn’t take too long to draw me in. Once I was hooked I was flying through the pages while biting my nails. CEden impressed me with her suspense in the first installment but she amped up the tension in this one. And she kept me in the dark the entire time! I so agree! I adored Passions of a Papillon ! It has great characters, character growth, romance, suspense, AND it made me want a dog! We both were hooked at the prologue. It was the last few sentences that did it for me. Having finished, I’m still curious about who the speaker was. What hooked you? Wow! Wow! Wow! Black Sheep was intense. MMarch certainly knows how to dial up the suspense and tension while keeping the hot factor in perfect balance. Arndt and York brought Drew and Cannon to life brilliantly, proving yet again why they’re two of my favorite narrators. Highlights: Characters Drew is a character to admire. For His Pleasure was riveting, immediately pulling me into the the story, and it kept me engaged to the end. SBell writes suspenseful and HOT stories populated by fascinating characters and this one did not disappoint. Highlights: Characters Dreama and Cash were a forbidden match made in heaven. They’d both experienced tragic events and came out the other side stronger. Especially Dreama because despite her perceived weakness, she was one of the strongest women – always willing to fight for what is right. Night Reigns was equally as gripping and action-packed as its predecessor. Not only did I get Marcus’ and Ami’s story, but Duvall also delivered a few more pieces to the overall puzzle. Consume Me blew me away! I enjoyed the first two books in Royal World, but this one was really top notch. In Consume Me, I felt like both Alexander and Clara grew a lot, and there were several good reasons for that. The intrigue was thicker, the betrayals cut deeper, and the ones who could help helped even more than was expected of them.
