Jett Olsson isn’t looking for anything serious and she’s not looking for anything at all, so why does it seem so hard to keep it professional?
I love my life—the thrill of being on the ice as part of the Arizona Vengeance, the rush of winning, the adoration of the fans. And if that adoration means I don’t have to spend the night alone, well even better. I’m content being single and always ready to mingle.
But the day Emory Holland walks into a Vengeance team meeting my attention is caught like never before. I can tell right away she’s full of smarts and sass, and the fact that she’s hot as hell sure doesn’t hurt either. She immediately shuts down my advances, so I opt for the road less traveled—straight to the friend zone.
My approach works like a charm, and when she invites me into her bed for a no-strings, friends-with-benefits arrangement, I vow to give her everything I have. She’s been hurt before, and if I’m able to help her heal while giving her a spectacularly satisfying time *pats self on back*, then I’ll be happy.
Or at least that’s the lie I keep telling myself as the time ticks down on the final buzzer of our “relationship”. Now the real question is, can I score the winning goal in a game neither of us realized we were playing?

As always, Sawyer Bennett’s hockey stars and the person they fall in love with grabbed me from the first word! Jett is fine, and I loved how persistent he was with Emory when she appeared to not be interested.

Jett is a very tender romance in many places, especially because Emory is a single mother. In fact, she turns out being everything Jett thought he would never want, which just made their story even better in my opinion.

Emory was very gun-shy, with good reason, and the readers and Jett learned of those reasons little by little. Each time I thought Jett would turn around and run, he surprised both me and Emory by being understanding, caring, and even loving <3

As the story went on, things heated up, and Jett got along with both Emory’s sister and her daughter as well – and all was good in their world. That is, until someone from Emory’s past showed up and wreaked a little havoc on them all.

Bennett’s stories always touch my heart, and this story at least as much as others. The team together is still as strong as ever, and all the hockey partners are so open and caring with new members to the gang as well.

If you’re looking for a romance that deals with more than just the chemistry between the partners, Jett is the book you need in your life right now.

Jett is the perfect mix of hot and sweet, with main characters who have chemistry off the charts! It's available right now by one-clicking 😉 @JessicaE_PR Click To Tweet
