Tabitha Bell is the face of Chicago's premiere matchmaking service. At least, she hopes it will be someday, once business really takes off. What she needs is more clients, so when she meets a sexy gamer in need of help, it's the perfect opportunity.

His discomfort talking to women almost cost Drew Watson his job. He'd be happy holed up in his office, designing blockbuster video games, but his boss considers talking to investors a nonnegotiable requirement. Who better than a matchmaker to teach him how to be comfortable around the opposite sex? Trouble is, Drew wants to get more than comfortable with Tabitha, while she's determined to keep their relationship all business.

Soon Tabitha learns that beneath the geek-chic hoodie lies six feet of sexy physique—and the more time she spends with Drew, the more she appreciates his brainy brand of charm. Will she succumb to his sweet-but-nerdy charm offensive or will it be game over before he can win her heart?

A Matchless Romance is the kind of contemporary romance novel that leaves you feeling good! There is romance, complications, a very sexy computer-game geek and a gorgeous matchmaker. Neither of them think they’re good enough for each other, and that makes for some cute scenes!

Drew is a former Olympic athlete, and now he’s designing video-games full time. When he literally runs into Tabitha, they both have an instant attraction, but neither of them thinks the other has the same reaction. Drew has just started a new job, but he already has some trouble with his boss – who wants him to find a class to be better at interacting with women. When he finds out Tabitha is a matchmaker, he thinks it’s fate that brought them together.

As A Matchless Romance continues, Tabitha is completely taken with Drew, and he can’t stop thinking about her, either. However, since Drew doesn’t have much of a filter and says things probably best left unsaid, she realizes that he does, indeed, need some help. She brings him to her best friend’s wedding as a starter, and his interactions with both the bride and the groom had me laughing out loud!

The romance is ever-present, even as Tabitha and Drew are trying to not show their attraction, that all ends when they finally give in and have sex, though – even if the aftermath of their encounter is not at all what either of them wanted or expected! A Matchless Romance is both romantic and humorous, and it is a very sweet contemporary read. The characters from the prior Aisle Bound stories all show up as well, but this story can be read as a stand-alone.
