The Sunday Post #2 – Weekly Wrap-up

Welcome to my weekly wrap-up post. I am signing up with Kimberly over at The Caffeinated Reviewer, who is hosting this weekly event. I had so much fun with last week’s post, and I really want to thank both Kim and all the other bloggers who welcomed me with open arms. Yet another reason to love the blogging community!

I had a pretty busy week with classes this past week, but yesterday morning, we (husband plus our two youngest kids) left for Spain for a week of relaxation in the Sun. And the weather is truly gorgeous. It’s still warm enough to swim in the sea, and there is hardly any other tourists here. Having a break is something all of us really needed!

This week’s reviews:

What have you been up to this past week? Don’t forget to leave me a link so I can come visit your Sunday Post as well.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you’ve enjoyed your weekend, and that next week will be filled with awesome!

    • I have been more or less blown away by all of Hoover’s stories, Michelle. Her writing just grabs hold of my heart, and crushes it…
      Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Wow…a vacation to Spain sounds awesome. I’ve always wanted to travel there. And warm enough to swim still…wow. We have a pool, but it’s been tool cold to swim since September easy. The weather might shoot up one day, but it’s not long enough to really heat the water. Hope you have a great vacation!

    • It was an amazing week, Sandy! One of the things I love the most about living smack in the middle of Europe is that it’s not very far to travel places 🙂
      Thanks for stopping by.

  2. Enjoy your vacation! I always love finding a spot or time when there aren’t as many tourist. I don’t like it when it’s too busy. This year we went on vacation before the summer vacation started, so it was still pretty quiet.
I am glad to see you’re participating in the Sunday Post again this week :). This is one of those memes that really makes me feel welcome in the blogging community.

    • I agree, and this little village is one where we’ve been several times in the past, too. We love it there!
Thanks for stopping by, Lola 🙂

    • Just beware of Ugly Love, Laurel-Rain, people seem to either absolutely love it or absolutely hate it…
      Thanks for stopping by.

    • You’re so right, Katherine, the best vacations are those that end up as unexpected relaxation 🙂
      Thanks for stopping by.

    • LOL, I have so many books I need to get around to, as well! I think that’s the curse of booklovers 😀

      Thanks for stopping by.

    • I didn’t read very much, actually, but it was so nice to just hang out and play with the kids, relax in the sun and be together.
Thanks for stopping by, my dear. *BIG HUGS* <3
