Darkhouse has been hanging around gathering dust for awhile. When my younger daughter gave it a listen, loved it, and promptly blew through the first 3 books in the Experiment in Terror series, I decided it was time I give it a listen! Highlights: Characters Perry seems like your typical 20-something, working at a job she doesn’t enjoy while trying to figure out where her life goes from here. She’s had an interesting life thus far – KHalle doles out facts throughout such as drug-use, mental health issues, weight issues – all of which have impacted who Perry is right now.
