It is a great mix, Nicole. And I enjoy those romances where other things are mixed in as well a lot!

You got me at action filled romance! That’s something that’s really rare in contemps!

    Fab review, Lexxie! <33

Yes! I have found more of those lately, Melanie, and this could be read by a younger audience as well. I don’t think there’s anything in it that would be awkward for you!

Wow. This is really new. So Lena is also a soldier? And Trig and her worked under the same military unit? If it is then that’s really cool. It’s so rare to come across contemps where the MCs are part of the law enforcement unit.

And I agree, friends becoming lovers are one of the most awesome romance that could happen.

Thanks for another great review, Lexxie!

Great review, Lexxie! What the Bride Didn’t Know sounds deep, but with a touch of humor, and very real. You know I love the friends to lovers angle too! πŸ˜‰ I’m adding this to my TBR.*thud* Man, it’s getting hard to hurl books up there! πŸ˜‰

I hope you’re having a fabulous day! I’m enjoying not working today – trying to make all those book buyers happy is hard (and rewarding) work! πŸ™‚ I’m now going to sit back and read Slack – which is a Ford short story, by the way. A prequel to Taut…just in case you wanted a quick, hot read! πŸ˜‰ Oh, how did the exams go?? *hugs*

Oh! I just got that Ford story myself this week *grins* how could I possibly resist? So cheap – and you know – Ford!! I had a pretty tough day with two exams and one class – but now, I’m on vacation πŸ™‚ I think my exams went well, but I’m really happy it’s over πŸ™‚

You will also love What the Bride Didn’t Know, Brandee. It is very well done, and the characters are really great. *hugs*
