Weekend Wrap-up is where I share my new books, as well as what happened here at (un)Conventional Bookworms and elsewhere in the blogoshpere. I’m linking up with the usual suspects, AKA Team Tynga’s Reviews and Caffeinated Reviewer.
STS #333
Stacking The Shelves, hosted by Tynga’s Reviews and Reading Reality is all about the latest additions to my library – virtual or actual, with books that are bought, borrowed, won or ARCs I will (probably) be reading soon. Without further ado, here’s what I added to my bloated shelves this past week:
I only got this one book, and mostly because I somehow missed it when it was released.
The Sunday Post #263 – Weekend Wrap-up
Kim @ The Caffeinated Reviewer, is our hostess with the mostest for the weekly Sunday Post where I’m wrapping things up. It is the perfect opportunity to share what happened here on my own blog, as well as some of the happenings elsewhere in the Blogosphere.
This in-between week has done wonders for my family and me! We have been rather lazy, only going for some long-ish walks with the dogs. Our New Year’s Eve was a rather quiet affair as well, we had a nice meal, some champagne, and ate 12 grapes at midnight.
This Week’s Puppies in Action:

I also wish you a happy, healthy, joyous, prosperous 2021! I hope this new year will be much, much better than any of the years of the past. I also wish that we will be able to travel once more, to see our friends and family again.
Did you get some good books last week? What have you been up to this past week? Thanks for stopping by, I hope you’re enjoying your weekend, and that next week will be filled with awesome!
Happy new year. This past year was rough, but I’m looking forward to catching up on my reading/blogging and just being more active in the book community.

Ooo you read Forever Girl! Jill Shalvis is my favorite. I normally get her books on audio. It’s always great to have a more relaxed week. I’ve been trying to walk more until this past week. Happy New Year! I look forward to seeing you on the chat.

Sounds like a nice New Years! Those Mafi books always look fun to me. 🙂
I love looking at pictures of your dogs. Have a great new year!
Lost my comment, begin again : We spent a quiet Christmas and a quiet New year’s eve too, even the cats were quiet and nice – as nice as your dogs look in the picture, not even trying to run around ! I wish you a better year, lots of good reads, and hope we’ll all be finally allowed to kiss and hold each other again 🙂
Generally speaking, I meant 😉
Happy New Year, Linda – let’s hope this one is MUCH better! I love the pic of the two dogs, they look adorable:). Here’s hoping you have a peaceful week with plenty of books to read…
12 grapes at midnight. That’s a cool tradition. And a great idea ❤️. Happy New Year!
Your books look good! And so do those puppies. Enjoy relaxing and taking a slow pace now and then. Thanks for sharing, and for visiting my blog.
Oh that pic of taking a walk with the dogs just is so happy filled. Taking long walks are the best. I have been really curious about that Jill Shalvis book so happy to see that high rating. 🙂
We pretty much spent New Year’s Eve the same way you did. It was quiet but nice 🙂 Hope 2021 is a better one for all of us. Have a great week!

Happy 2021 Linda! Sounds like you had a nice relaxing time. I haven’t heard of the 12 grapes at midnight tradition – I like it! I was asleep at midnlight lol!
I hope your year is off to a great start. HUGS!
I am curious to read your review for A Winter Symphony. I love Tiffany’s writing style.
Have a great week!
Happy New Year! I forgot about the grapes thing… When I was in high school, we had an exchange student from Spain who taught us that – I remember eating grapes at midnight my senior year. And then promptly forgot about it. I hope this coming year brings peace and joy to you and yours.
