Even if Closer is set in the Mageri universe, which I know and love, it took me a while to invest with the story, since most of it happened over the span of just a few hours, and Kane and Caroline were the only characters. Closer is a strange little story, where most of the action happens inside of Caroline’s head, while she is unconscious. She’s not hallucinating, either, what happens is actually as reals as can be. Charming is a story in the Seven series, and it was delightful to get to know Prince better… I thought he was so ornery, but getting to understand him made a big difference. Prince was really the one character I already knew when I started listening to Charming, and I really enjoyed him. Andrews did it again! Sweep in Peace took me on a wild ride, and I stayed up until almost 3:30 am to finish reading about Dina and Gertrude Hunt. Sweep in Peace is just as well done and filled with adventure as the first Innkeeper Chronicles was! There is so much going on, and Dina will do everything she can to save her inn, Gertrude Hunt.
