Some times short is just to short. 🙂

I love short and sweet. Seriously. Sometimes that’s exactly what I need!!! And right now, it’s only $.99!!! How can I go wrong with that! 😉

Looks like a good read and sometimes the short and sweet ones are perfect 🙂

It was short and sweet, Sheila, but almost a little too short to be perfect 🙂 Happy New Year!

Scattered…? I wonder what that means. *checks dictionary* Oh my okay, it must have been confusing a little, then? I remember you liking Cowboy books though, so I’m glad this was pleasant nonetheless 😀 Happy New year, Lexxie!

Yes, a little confusing, and I guess just too short in some ways. Interesting enough that I would like to read more from the author, though 🙂
      Happy New Year, Lola!

Some times sweet and short is just what we need 🙂 This is a new author to me, I don’t think I’ve heard of her before.
Thank you Lexxie! I hope you have a very Happy New Year!

I hadn’t heard of her, either, but my one-click on free kindle books didn’t care 🙂
Thanks for stopping by, Lupdilup 🙂

I’m trying to be reasonable and not buy new books, so I’ll keep it in mind for when I need sweet and short 😉

Yeah, I’m trying my best not to buy new books either, Iza… I’m not particularly successful, though 😀

Hmm, I think this one would leave me wanting, Lexxie. You know how I am about novellas…and this is a short story. I’m sorry that it wasn’t *more*.

Yeah, I know this is the case for me, too, most of the time – but it’s still hard to resist freebies!

I do love the friendship to lovers trope..it is a shame you didn’t get that connection. I agree a good novella can have all of that. It is a shame this missed the mark

This is even shorter than most novellas, though, Kim, only 30 pages! I think there’s a follow-up novella (around 100 pages) that might help me get some closure 🙂
