It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?
Welcome to It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? This is a meme hosted by Sheila @ Book Journey; and I think it is great to start the week with what I’m reading right this minute, and what I’ll be reading (or planning on reading, anyway) for the rest of the week.
Please visit Sheila’s blog to sign up on her linky, that way you will have other Monday bloggers coming to visit you as well.
Last week, I read the following books:
Love Game by Elise Sax is the third book in Elise Sax’ Matchmaker series, and I found it both funny and hot. Now, I just need to find the time to get the first two books in the series. ★★★★☆
Off Topic: The Story of an Internet Revolt by G. R. Reader is a selection of reviews and essays by Goodreads users who’ve had their content censored on Goodreads. It’s well written, and very factual.★★★★★
Baiting the Boss by Coleen Kwam is a contemporary, light romance. A quick read for sure, and lots of hotness, too. ★★★☆☆
Dirty Minds is a very funny contemporary romance by T. A. Williams. Go get it and read it, especially if you need some good laughs!★★★★★
Starry Night is a beautiful contemporary romance by Debbie Macomber. I’ve now proceeded to add all her books to my TBR! ★★★★★
A Missing Peace by Beth Fred is a contemporary YA romance with some mystery thrown in. Quick read, and well done. ★★★★☆
Sleep With the Lights On by Maggie Shayne is a great thriller / romance set in a contemporary setting. I loved it, and was really happy to find out it’s the first in a series. ★★★★★
Right now, I’m reading
Finding Cinderella by Colleen Hoover. It’s a novella in the Losing Hope series, and I hope I’ll love it as much as I love all Ms. Hoover’s other books.
Next up, I’m planning on reading:
Gone Wild by Ever McCormick. It’s supposed to be a contemporary NA romance.
Tragic by J.A. Huss – a lot of my beloved blogger friends have been telling me how awesome this is, so it’s about time I find out for myself!
Introductions (The Academy #1) by C. L Stone is an ARC that has been waiting patiently for me for a while. Hopefully I’ll enjoy this as well 🙂

OOh nice! You got a lot accomplished! Kudos! Haven’t heard of most of these reads but hope you enjoy all your books lined up for this week!
Here’s my Monday Wrapup
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower 🙂
I hope so, too, Jessica. I’ve been pretty busy with those books last week, but I have to admit I should have been studying for a phonetics exam I had today instead. Those books just were so much more appealing 😉
Thanks for stopping by.

I am curious about Introduction (The Academy #1).
Right now I have been trying to get through Bellman and Black by Diane Setterfield but it is just to boring and slow for me, so I sort of put it away and I am reading Backward Glass by David Lomax and it’s pretty interesting right now. I just hope it stays that way.
Happy reading!
Oh, I’m sorry you had to put a book on hold, Stormi, I had the same problem last week 🙁 hopefully Backward Glass is going to be awesome!
Happy reading, Stormi.
Starry Nights looks like one that should be great for the season. Enjoy your reading! Here’s MY WEEKLY SUNDAY/MONDAY UPDATES
Starry Night was awesome, Laurel-Rain 🙂
Have a wonderful week, and thanks for stopping by.
I’m still on All That We Seem by Tempest Avery.
I still love the premise of the story, but the editing is seriously atrocious. Definitely not for you, Lexxie.
Thanks for the warning, Xyra, I won’t be picking that up – you know how upset it makes me when I read what looks like a rough draft 🙁
Happy reading!
Ah, see know one is immune…the correct title is All That We See or Seem.
LOL, true, but hey, you came back to correct it!
Wow you had an impressive reading week. I read the grand total of 1 book lol. I won a copy of Starry Night, it arrived in the mail today, looking forward to reading it 🙂
Have a great week and happy reading!
Yeah, no classes last week, so I had the time. I hope you’ll enjoy Starry Night!
Thanks for stopping by 🙂
My sis loves colleen hoover..I need to read her work finally!
Oh you definitely should! I love her as well, all her books are awesome in my opinion. Thanks for stopping by Alisa 🙂
