Feature and Follow #28 – favorite villain

Posted 18 January, 2013 by Linda @ (un)Conventional Bookworms in Feature and Follow / 0 Comments

Feature and FollowYAY it’s Friday!

Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature and Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers — but you have to know — the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.

The Feature and Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to meet more new bloggers!

What sets this Hop apart from others, is that our hosts feature two blogs. Every week they will each showcase a Featured Blogger, from all different genres and areas. Just remember it is required, if you participate, to follow both their featured as well as our lovely hosts as a courtesy. How do you follow someone? Well, if you have a preference, state it in your #FF post. I prefer being followed via Linky, Google+ or if you’d like my facebook page. If you prefer e-mail or RSS, that’s good as well

As you can imagine, this is a great way to get to know your fellow bloggers better, as well as a way to find new blogs, and be seen by more people yourself.

Now on to this week’s question:

Who is your favorite villain in a book?

My favorite villain is Seth from the Chicagoland Vampires series by Chloe Neill. We aren’t even completely sure what he is yet, but he’s everybody’s worst nightmare. Seth is made of the stuff that scares all of the characters in the series, even the vamps. If you haven’t read any of this series yet, don’t click my link as it’s for the review of book 6!

Remember to leave me a comment and let me know if you’re a new follower so I can follow you back! It would also help if you let me know how you follow me 🙂

Thanks for stopping by! Have a fantastic Friday and a wonderful weekend.

    • If you haven’t started the series yet, make sure you have the books lined up waiting for you – there are some pretty bad cliffhangers… Thanks for stopping by!

    • If you start reading this series, you should have the books ready to go – cliffhangers are awesome and awful at that same time 🙂

    • Thanks for stopping by Trish. Chicagoland is quite good, if you start it, let me know, I’d love to see what you think about it.

    Hey Lexxie,

Thanks for stopping by and following 🙂 I just followed via email ^^

I’ve never heard of this series haha but Seth sounds like one helluva villain – a monster it seems!

Have a lovely weekend to you too <3

  2. I haven’t come across this series yet, about to go look it up on Goodreads :).
Bellatrix is from Harry Potter! 🙂 If you’ve yet to read them I uuuuurge you to haha.
    Thanks for stopping by!

  3. I broke up with the Chicagoland Vampire series at book four I think. I really liked it at first, but I couldn’t take it anymore. Oh well…my book exes are piling up. Good choice anyway lol 😉

    • I almost broke up with Chicagoland as well, and I didn’t like the last few books as much as I did the first ones… however, Seth is a really great villain!

    • Traci, once you get to book 3, you need to have the next books ready – if not you’ll hate it because of the cliffhangers

  4. Well, I’ve never read that book! But I’m sure that’s a great choice of villain! I chose the Darkling from Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo.

    New Linky follower!

    Happy Friday!

    My FF

    • I haven’t read Shadow and Bone yet, but I’ve heard of the villains there today 🙂 Thanks for stopping by to comment and follow!

    • I thinks it’s a good series, but some of the books upset me a little because of the plot… Seth is still a great villain though.

      Thanks for stopping by!

  5. I really liked that series, but then I dropped it after the 6th book. I’ll just have to pick it up again.
Thanks for stopping by My FF

    • I can’t remember how many books I’ve read, but I agree that some of the books weren’t excellent… Thanks for stopping by Aman 🙂

  6. Vampires have always been one of the scariest creatures in my opinion. Great Choice

    Thanks for stopping by!
    Followed back

    • Thanks for coming by Jenny 🙂 If you like PNR, this series might be for you – even if I’ve been a little disappointed in later books.

    • 🙂 Melliane, I think you actually need all the books before you start reading, I wonder if it’s possible to lend them by kindle? I have them all, and it would be great if I could share with you, no?
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you’re doing well.
